Who We Are
Jim Woodall
President/CEO and Co-founder of Premier Fulfillment & Processing, Inc.
Prior to starting Premier, I worked in the non-profit industry for more than 15 wonderful and informative years.
I’m very involved in trying to touch and improve the lives of some of the poorest people on the planet and help them to have a better way of life. For 26 years, I have been feeding children in Nicaragua and am the founder of Operation Mercy Ministries operating in Nicaragua.
After servicing Virginia, my family, business partner, and I moved Premier to Pueblo, Colorado. I enjoy everything this great state has to offer; skiing, golfing, and hiking are my favorites after spending time with my 11 beautiful grandchildren.
Premier has been in operation for thirteen years and is an absolute passion for me. I love to partner with organizations to help them be more successful in their mission.
Rebecca Davis
Chief Operations Officer
Rebecca co-founded Premier after many years in the nonprofit world and the Federal Government. Rebecca has held many notable positions within the government and nonprofit world. She has worked for Moral Majority, as a Political Appointee under both President Ronald Regan and George Bush, the Confidential Assistant to Secretary of Commerce Malcolm "Mac" Baldridge, as the Executive Assistant to Acting Administrator at National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and as Executive Assistant to the Director of Audit. Upon leaving the government she returned to the Non-Profit world where she served as the Director of Operation for Concerned Women for America.
Rebecca and Vernon, her husband of 20 years, enjoy all that Colorado has to offer from wildlife to beautiful scenery. They love to travel and enjoy taking weekend trips around the state for site seeing and new adventures. In her spare time she loves to read and do hand crafts from making porcelain dolls to needle work.
Yvette Parker
Vice President Operations
After living in California, Washington, and Nevada Yvette has now conquered Colorado. Her Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems has helped to make her an amazing seven year old employee here at Premier. She not only has over twenty years of experience in management but has an enthusiasm for what she does along with reading, crocheting, and spending time with her family.
Leslie Saldana
Director of Lockbox
Painting wildlife, creating ceramic projects, collecting cookbooks, and movies are among Leslie’s favorite things to do when she is not working hard at Premier. She loves being a part of not only a work team, but a working family. She oversees both Data Entry and Caging to complete Premier’s Lock Box facility.
Angie Woy
Senior Client Service Representative
Angie was born and raised in Ohio. She came to Premier with twelve years of experience in Client Services and nine years of experience in Warehousing and Inventory Control. She is going on five years with Premier and is certified in Mailpiece Quality Control. She also is staying up-to-date on the always changing USPS mailing regulations. When she isn’t working with clients from all over the world, she is out on her motorcycle or cooking up a tasty treat for her friends and family.
Lyndsey Leffler
Client Service Representative
Immediately after finishing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Lyndsey was on the fast track at Premier. She is lovingly known as “The Kid” here where she learned how to use a typewriter. She loves swimming and playing tennis in the summer but you can find her in the office in a warm blanket by wintertime.
Hannah Hardy
Executive Assistant
Hannah has been employed with Premier since July 2009. She enjoys the opportunities for growth that Premier has to offer her and her four children. She was born and raised just east of Pueblo, CO and enjoys time on her Harley. She helps with an assortment of tasks at our fulfillment house and keeps everyone in line.
Tami Reno
Administrative Assistant
A family-oriented Tami spends as much time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, as she can on the mountain tops of her native state of Colorado. Camping, fishing and hunting are among some of the family’s favorite activities to participate. Here at Premier she has an array of duties that she completes with her twenty plus years of office assisting experience.
Patty Heide
Caging Supervisor
When Patty isn’t supervising all of the incoming mail at Premier, she is with her husband and son at team roping events across the stunning state in which we all currently reside. She is coming up on her ninth year in our company and loving the daily number crunches that come with the deposits made for our numerous clients.

Bryan Henry
National Sales Executive
Bryan Henry is one of the most experienced salespeople in the lockbox industry with more than 16 years in the industry in the areas of operations, account management and national sales. Bryan began his career in the lockbox industry in 1995 in Cincinnati, Ohio where he was the Retail Lockbox Production Manager at Fifth Third Bank, where he managed a 5 million item per month operation. Bryan relocated to Louisville, Kentucky in 1999 to work as a National Relationship Manager at JP Morgan Chase Bank.
Since leaving JP Morgan Chase, Bryan has worked as a National Relationship Manager and National Salesperson for other leading organizations in the industry. He has spent the last six years in national sales, calling on nonprofit and commercial organizations throughout the country.
Bryan uses his operations experience in his consultative sales approach to understanding a client's needs and finding the best solution to meet the client's needs. Bryan came to Premier in July of 2011 and works out of his home office in Louisville where he lives with his wife Christie and three children.
